MMU Digital Portfolio 2012

UCAS number -  1085652122

I have experiment with many different mediums during my time in sixth form. I love to draw with colour pencils. In addition to this I like to paint with acrylics on canvas and particularly enjoy blending colours and building up layers to catch the tone of realism, especially when painting landscapes and portraits. Taking photograph is part of my inspiration. I always bring my camera with me in my bag in case I missed the natural sun light and something that is interesting happen in this world.

I develop my thought and interests in the area of Painting, Illustration, Photography, Fashion and Digital Media throughout the experience I gain from A-level courses and competitions. I don’t specifically know where the learning journey will take me to, however I am fully committed to the learning experiences of the visual arts. Therefore, I am interested in a Fine Art and an Illustration with Animation degree course at MMU. I want to keep up my painting skills, but as well as to attempt other new digital software that I have not used before. I am looking forwards to build up on in-depth knowledge and to experiment more real life situations from a degree course. I would hope to then establish a specific arts career with this where by my own personal strengths can be realised.

In this digital portfolio, included some of my GCE coursework, self-initiated work and competition piece that I did in the past 2 years…
